You know what’s annoying? When you simply want to find out the price of something but you have to give all of your personal information to get it.

We are completely transparent with our pricing, outlined below.

Legals only

  • Imagine this as your ‘Registry wedding’, except a whole lot more special!

    Just you and your two witnesses, Ellen can meet you at your home / fave coffee shop or bar / local park - wherever you like!

    Ellen will cover all the ‘legal stuff’ to get you married. But if you’d like to make it more special, you can include personal vows to each other, a kiss (or lots of kisses!), a photoshoot, your dog, you name it.

    Some couples choose this option if they are planning their wedding overseas and want to make sure the legalities are covered in Australia. Other couples would like a family member or friend to conduct their ceremony and have only the legal part covered separately by a celebrant. The options are endless!

Intimate / Elopement

  • If you’re thinking of something really small and intimate, whether it’s a beautiful elopement on the beach, or a private ceremony with only your nearest and dearest, this is for you.

    This is the in-between of Legals only and All the bells and whistles.

    This includes two meetings, all the ‘legal stuff’ to get you married, and a simple, memorable ceremony delivered to you and your closest loved ones.

  • Everything you could possibly want.

    Big or small wedding, long or short ceremony, you can trust that you will be receiving a bespoke ceremony designed to authentically celebrate your love in a way that feels like you! Ellen will get to know you and design this with your input so it really is a genuine reflection of your partnership.

    This includes as many meetings as you’d like (in person or video). The meetings usually include ourfirst date where we get to know each other; the Notice of Intended Marriage (NOIM) lodgment; a meeting to discuss all things ceremony design, all the catch-ups along the way, and a mini-rehearsal before the big-day if you'd like one!

    Ellen will arrive to your wedding venue an hour before your ceremony start time, check-in with your vendors, and ensure everything is perfect and your guests are greeted, settled, excited and engaged.

    She will deliver your ceremony in a professional and passionate way, and ensure you feel comfortable and confident up there with her so you can really be in the moment with your love, in front of the community who has come to support you.

    It also includes use of Ellen’s premium PA system (a battery-powered bluetooth Bose speaker for ceremony music paired with a wireless Sennheiser mic).

    And it goes without saying but this includes all the paperwork and legal components to register your marriage with the relevant State/Territory Registry of Births Deaths and Marriages.

Travel

Ellen is based in Cabarita Beach NSW. She does not charge for travel for weddings in the Byron Bay region, Tweed region, Gold Coast region and Brisbane region.

Please contact us for a customised travel quote for weddings outside of these areas.

As a guide, weddings in most of Sunshine Coast, a travel fee of $100 applies. For weddings in Noosa, Toowoomba, or otherwise a 2-3 hour drive from Cabarita NSW, a travel fee of $150 applies.

Additional services

Reception MC

Ellen will be the driving force to ensure your reception runs smoothly.

She will bring the vibes, but she won't steal the show or crack inappropriate jokes. Rather, she will be a friendly and calming presence who will keep track of time, coordinate with your vendors and the reception venue staff, and be your go-to contact, so you can just enjoy your night!

This means you don't have to put the pressure of this role onto one of your guests, and you can rest knowing that you won't have to trust Uncle Jim** with the microphone later in the evening.

She will stay as long or as short as you like- but generally this will be for about 4 hours after your ceremony, after speeches and the cake and when the d-floor starting to heat up.
